Solution Mortgages are pleased to announce they have been selected by Money Partners to act as one of twenty key partners to distribute their revised financial products and confirms our status as a master broker.
Money Partners has recently been acquired by Goldman Sachs and are now looking to actively lend in the sub prime market again. Money Partners mortgage range was withdrawn on Friday 13th June 2008 and has been replaced with a new range of products.
The revised range of products are available from 16th June 2008 and is designed to reflect prevailing market conditions. It is influenced by the serious funding constraints being felt by all lenders but the discounted rates do look attractive in the current climate.
As a result Money Partners have decided to limit access to these products to a pre identified group of introducer partners, Solution Mortgages being one of them. Solution Mortgages will receive a pre agreed monthly lending tranche (more details will be announced shortly).
Moving forward if mortgage intermediaries wish to use Money Partners' products you will be able to elect to submit business via Solution Mortgages and we will then work as your business introducer.
