4 Step Completion

Step 1: Submit enquiry form

Submit enquiry form online or call us on 0800 0356443. An experienced member of staff will dicuss any your requirments, needs and circumstances to ensure we give the most appropriate advice.

Step 2: Mortgage details

Once the full factfind is completed our experienced staff will source the most appropriate product. They will then go through this in great detail with you the client. If you are happy we will send out a full pack which will include a copy of the mortgage illustration. There will also be a detailed list of requirements we will need to complete the mortgage.

Step 3: Application process

Solution Mortgages will process the application for you, dealing with any third parties on your behalf including surveyors and solicitors. Once your mortgage offer is generated it will be sent to your home address along with a new mortgage deed, that you sign and return to enable completion.

Step 4: Completion

Upon completion, your previous mortgage company is paid off, you receive any extra monies due and your new mortgage begins with your new lender.
