I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the help you gave me over the past 12 months. From my first call you were fantastic and so helpful. I contacted you numerous times just for advise and to put my mind at ease which you did each time. I don’t think we could have done this whole process without your help and for that I am very grateful. I will be contacting you again in a couple of years when my fixed rate ends so we can sort another deal out. Once again Scott thank you so much you have made family very happy by helping us achieve our goal of moving to a bigger home.
